We created a pattern to facilitate us all through anthropological escapades where we can uncover the hidden levers shaping us personally, relationally, organizationally, and systemically. We explore an insight as it shows up in practice. We consider how dynamics vary as it scales up socially. Bring everything you know, pour it into a centrifuge with others, and discover what impacts it has financially, legally, organizationally, and culturally. Really. Then we harvest and blend it with other emergent wisdom of the living edge into a knowledge base we can all share.
